AFRICA TUF DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

AFRICA TUF

Over the last several years, our team has spent a substantial amount of time, energy, research and investment dollars building local, regional, national and political relationships throughout the continent of Africa. The time is now to move forward with the vast business and land development opportunities.

We are on the ground in Africa, working with and for Africans to grow our business and create opportunities for the people, employees, customers, partners and local communities.  For a dynamic, entrepreneurial business like TUF– one with unique abilities and the agility to grasp opportunities, think fast and act decisively – there has never been a better time to work and grow in harmony with the business constituents, entrepreneurs and talents of Africa and its people.

We know that respect is earned and that actions speak louder than words. We strive constantly to behave ethically, responsibly and honorably in everything we do. We take care of our people, our customers and the local communities and the environment in which we operate.

Above all, we will grow the business by hiring, training and motivating the best local people, sharing the rewards of success and investing in the communities in which we operate.  Africa’s attractiveness is no longer in question.

In 11 years since the turn of the century it went from being “the hopeless continent” to a “rising star”. Several high-growth economies are keeping hopes of a growth explosion alive, and an emerging African consumer class is injecting demand for products and services that meet long-standing needs in new ways.

AFRICA IS THE FUTURE

Africa’s collective economy is growing faster than that of any other continent. According to the African Development Bank, 30% of African countries have GDP growth rates of over 6% and they predict growth for the continent as a whole will continue.

Creating Africa’s most respected business

Our  vision – To create Africa’s most respected business – is not an end in itself. Nor is it just a  phrase  that looks good on a mission statement.

In fact, it’s not even an ambition.  Rather, it is the logical consequence of doings things the right way, realizing the full potential of Africa and our people and our business partners, and creating a new benchmark for quality, excellence, safety and responsibility in Africa’s downstream business marketplace.
